    Q) Do I have to schedule an appointment, or can I just walk-in?

        A) We always accommodate walk - ins when possible, but If you would like to have time alone with your consultant and really enjoy your day, make an appointment and it will enhance the quality of your experience.

    Q) How long will my appointment last?

        A) We book an hour and a half for an appointment. If you find out that you must cancel or are running late for an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that another bride may take advantage of the available time slot.

    Q) Who should come with me to my appointment?

        A) We recommend bringing one or two guests whose opinions you trust. We have found that a large party can make the experience overwhelming and confusing for the bride.

    Q) What should I wear to my appointment?

        A) Please choose modest undergarments on the day of your bridal appointment and be aware that your consultant will be assisting you in the fitting room. If you're considering special undergarments for your wedding gown, have them handy when coming to your appointment. Special bras, corsets, spanx and other under garments may help you have a better vision of what your dress will look like when tailored for you!

    Q) What is your price range?

        A) Bridal gowns are in the range from $500 to $3000, with the majority of our styles run between approximately $1000 to $2000. Bridesmaids' dresses are in the range from approximately $80 to $350. However, if you have no limit for your day we can offer the exclusive collection with custom order $5000+

    Q) Do you have gowns in stock, or must they be ordered?

        A) We are a special order boutique, and we have only one sample of each available gown. Once you have selected your bridal gown based on the sample, we order a new gown in your size and selected color. Lead time our dresses typically take from 12 to 18 weeks from order to delivery, but we’re happy to work with you if you have less time.

    Q) What sizes are your samples?

        A) Most of our samples are bridal sizes 6 to 20. Once you have selected your gown, we take your measurements and order the size based on that designer's size chart and your measurements.

    Q) Do you provide alterations?

        A) Yes, our highly skilled seamstresses will custom fit any dress that was purchased in our store. Extra charges for alterations are applied and are based on the work that needs to be done.

    Q) Do you accept returns?

        A) All sales are final. All deposits non-refundable. The final sale policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel .


Try not to wear too much makeup when trying on bridal gowns as it can stain and damage the gowns.
